3 Age Verification & Eligibility

The minimum age to participate on the 01bet platform is 21. Only individuals aged 21 or above may create and use an account on this platform.

01bet reserves the right to verify a user's identity and age at any time. If documents are requested for verification, they must be provided in a timely manner.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on the 01bet platform are made using popular mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are processed over encrypted connections.

4.1 Deposit Rules

Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
Deposits must be made only from the user's own mobile banking account.
Deposits via third parties are prohibited.
Funds will be added to your account only after the deposit is successfully confirmed.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

01bet offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus may have its own terms and conditions, but the general bonus policy below applies to all.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
Another example: deposit ৳22,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.
Bonus wagering requirement: 25x (on the bonus amount only).

Wagering example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawing funds earned from the bonus.

5.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after wagering is completed.
Bonuses are usable only on specific games on the 01bet platform.
Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or fraud will result in account closure.

5.3 VIP Program

01bet's VIP program has three tiers:

Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.7%.
Gold: weekly cashback up to 1.0%.

You can advance to a higher tier based on regular play and activity on the platform.

5.4 Right to Cancel Bonuses

01bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer for any reason. A bonus may be cancelled if its terms and conditions are not met.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when using sports betting, casino games, and other gaming services on the 01bet platform.

6.1 Rules for Placing Bets

Your account must have sufficient balance before placing a bet.
Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
01bet reserves the right to cancel bets placed incorrectly due to technical errors.
Bets placed based on clearly incorrect odds or erroneous information will be considered void.

6.2 Results & Payouts

Bet outcomes depend on the official results of the relevant event. In the case of disputed results, 01bet's decision is final. Payouts are added to the account balance and withdrawal conditions apply.

6.3 Game Fairness

01bet is committed to ensuring fair play. Casino games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are operated through internationally recognized providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, and others.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 01bet platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited.

Creating or using multiple accounts.
Operating an account using a false identity or false information.
Misusing bonuses or attempting to manipulate the bonus system.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to or modify the platform's software or systems.
Using automated bots, scripts, or unauthorized software.
Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
Deliberately exploiting platform errors or bugs.
Threatening or harassing other users.

If fraud or money laundering is suspected, 01bet is obligated to report it to law enforcement agencies and cooperate with the relevant authorities.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure at the User's Request

8.2 Closure Initiated by 01bet

01bet may suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:

Serious violation of these terms and conditions.
Providing false information or identity fraud.
Violation of age restrictions.
Suspicious financial activity.
Account remaining inactive for an extended period of time.

8.3 Balance of Closed Accounts

For accounts closed due to violation of terms and conditions, 01bet will make a discretionary decision regarding the balance. Balances of accounts closed for legitimate reasons will be returned to the relevant user.
